Please take a few moments to reflect on how you worked in your Solar Cooker groups. What was the general feeling of the group? Did you have one person who stood out strongly as a leader or did you all work to make decisions jointly? Did you observe other groups working? Did you see any dynamics present in other groups that you didn't see in your own? Do you think your group worked together effectively and efficiently to create your solar cooker? Why or why not?
